@TheRunfluencer Alway pause a GARMIN for anything. Traffic light, changing your music. Luckily never had to 💩 mid run. Did have to wee behind a portaloo (coz queue) during the GNR but you cant pause in a race 😩

@iainlee You got further than most with a fear of heights. It sounds like you really know how to talk to your kids but they may just not think it’s a big thing. My step kids know their dad doesn’t like heights. They don’t think any less of him at all. Try not to over analyse x
