[Eat DC @eat_dc]

Tired of the fence cutting off important access and open space? Join your neighbors at the fence this Saturday, March 13 at 10am. Bring your dogs, your kids, your bike, a picnic blanket, anything you want to show how we use the space we've lost in #OurDC

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@MurielBowser Sorry for your loss. Prayers to you and your family.

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@markwhitej @DontFenceTheCap @coreyholman @charlesallen I agree - make Independence and Constitution bike/pedestrian only in the interim. Close the fence off if needed. The gates are already there.

My statement on today’s impeachment vote:

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@jekubi @evanperez @theHillisHome @CapitolPolice Is the cost of these investigations part of their $460M Annual Budget or are we as taxpayers paying even more now?

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@MarkusforDC It’s amazing and awesome how differently people view things based on perspectives. To me, DC is more the north than the south. VA is even debatable as being southern. I’d classify it more mid-Atlantic... kind of a tweener.

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@dougkammerer PLEASE 🙏 ❄️ 🙏

[Charles Allen @charlesallen]

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

Another point to consider @theHillisHome @charlesallen . The @CapitolPolice has an annual budget of $460M and a jurisdiction of 270 acres. That’s an absurd $1.7M per acre. By comparison, @DCPoliceDept budget is $545.7M or $0.01M per acre.

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@theHillisHome @MayorBowser Thank you for standing up for DC. The Capitol grounds do not stretch from 395 to Union Station (like the current fencing does). If the fence to these extreme boundaries is such a necessity, where does it stop? Just hold Congress virtually.

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@shomaristone @charlesallen @MSNBC @nbcwashington @thenewsoncnbc Thank you Mr. Allen for standing up for DC. The extreme failures of the Capitol Police (the system, not officers themselves) is still appalling.

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@sharrowsDC Can you get through at 2nd and Independence SW (by HHS bldg)? As of a few days ago it was still blocked off and you had to go south to E St SW to get around.

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@theHillisHome If the fence is extended and made permanent, they’ll REALLY need to evaluate traffic patterns. The gridlock will be insane with the two major avenues (Indep. and Const.) shut down. And that doesn’t even address ped/bike transportation modes.

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@charlesallen Thanks Mr. Allen. The blocked roads and sidewalks are also leading to dangerous situations for pedestrians and bikers. Some sidewalks are covered by the base of the fence so they’re nearly impossible to walk on. Also makes social distancing near impossible.

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@masnKolko Best of luck to you! You always did a great job.

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

Yooo @TigerMike06

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@web I wonder how @deshaunwatson feels about your ignorant statement. He’s a Clemson graduate who worked his tail off to graduate in under 4 years and is a great role model for kids. BTW, check out the PAW Journey. Incredible program building great men (incl. being educated)!

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@web @darrenrovell This is absolutely not true at Clemson. Very uninformed statement and spreading lies. Sad!

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

@masnKolko YEEESSSSSS!!! @ClemsonBaseball @MonteLeeCU

[TigerMax06 @TigerMax06]

Let’s gooooooo @KieBOOM22 @MonteLeeCU @ClemsonBaseball https://t.co/NF9cFjuaFR

[Dan Kolko @DanKolko_]

Nats place Matt Wieters on the DL with a left hamstring strain. Spencer Kieboom called up. Adam Eaton goes to the 60-day DL to make room for Kieboom on the 40-man.
