Hinch was so smug in how he answered questions about Jones. It was a trust the process type answer with zero accountability. If Hinch does not care - why are we supposed to care as fans. Yet the stands are packed this weekend so Ilitch and Harris are just smiling.

Jones is now 3-47 in his last 47 at bats. Most all of those have come against lefties. At what point do you realize he is not a major league hitter? He is a career .217 hitter with no power and a negative 1.1 WAR this year. What are we doing??

I was critical of Max Clark all spring. The bling, the IG posts, the poor performance, that statement, etc. But I've followed his start to the MiLB season closely. He is mashing and his defense has been elite. I was 💯% wrong and own that. This kid can absolutely back the flash.
