Day 9, 212.5 crazy weight fluctuations today was up to 218 after eating lunch. Big training day, ran 3 miles in the am, refueled, hit the gym, legs + polyos. Was a grind, cals jump last 2 days feeling good as Iβm getting stronger. #togisfitnessthing
