@ICICIBank_Care Net net people will take the credit card whether it has international lounge access or not. Why waste people's time trying to figure that one if it doesn't work. Hopefully my walk across 3 terminals and about 4-5 time wasted is useful for others

So @ICICIBank_Care, pls don't advertise free international lounge access and cheat people. Pls use the call recording which you record for "quality purpose" on how confidently your guy Sai confirms it works

@ICICIBank_Care With this experience, I go to Kotak to check how their free lounge access works. Dig thru a bit seeing Priority Pass. Again that needs to be applied for 2000 per annum. So dear @KotakBankLtd , pls don't advertise free international lounge access. Should I tag banking ombudsman?

So, I dig a bit further and am told dreamfolk card is valid. So I call up ICICI with half hour long call, I get the information that I need to apply for Dream folks card for using the lounge. Net net, it is at worst a scam .. and at a minimum a marketing gimmick @ICICIBank_Care
