@AsdaServiceTeam @asda Online shopping ordered, expected last night, between 8-10pm. And nothing. I called at 10:30pm and was told driver had broken down and would be with me 11-11.15pm. Still nothing by 11:30pm. No comms from anyone, nothing. Not good enough.

@ClarionSupport so I called up 2 weeks ago and told you that I can’t turn the water off to my house (since June) & since august, I’ve waited for a plasterer to come and sort the wall at the top of my stairs. I was told we’ll have an answer for you within 48hrs……still nothing.
