@currys any help please would be greatly appreciated. I opened a customer complaint over 80 days ago and I'm still being passed from pillar to post. The complaints team keep pushing me down the line and I just want to speak to someone who can help me resolve this. What do I do?

@VodafoneUK I can't make any phone calls at the moment other than through WiFi. Is the network down? I've been on hold to customer services for 45 minutes and counting. Not a great experience. What's happening
