@StateFarm I already spoke with my agent's secretary, and she said that it was a corporate decision to remove information from all of the new cards being sent out. I'm just wanting to pass along to the powers-that-be my opinion that they should go back to the old format.
@StateFarm can you please put the policy information back on our printed insurance cards? I have no idea what possessed you to remove it, but the new cards are pretty much useless. Thanks. π Btw, your printer isn't lined up right, so the text is cut off.
@OldNavy I love your clothes, but is there a reason your return policy says 30 days from delivery for online orders, but your app and stores don't allow returns within those 30 days? This has happened twice. Getting kind of annoying.
What the heck, @Oreo? I just learned the reason I haven't seen Oreo pie crusts at the store recently is that you discontinued them. The one dessert I can make is way better with Oreo crusts than generic chocolate ones. Why would you do that to me? π₯Ίπ’

@candacemc09@Nelnet I got a message saying they need more documentation, then they emailed saying I don't need to do anything while they process my application, and I'd like to know which it is. Are they waiting on me to provide something or not? If so, what? Can't find out if they don't answer. π
@Nelnet So how am I supposed to discuss the important questions I have about my loan servicing, when you don't answer emails or the phone? I've been on hold over an hour and a half today, and 2 hours the other day, but nobody answers, and my email from weeks ago has no answer.

In a city with 3 hospitals and numerous other health facilities, the only in-network diagnostic lab for me within 100 miles is in another town 20 miles away, and it was shut down last fall after the CEO stole over $100,000,000. π #America π¦ #healthcare π₯
Another price estimator called and said, "Oh no, I see that all the time, that's never more than $75." Asked for a supervisor at insurance to sort things out, "escalated case" person said go to X facility. Called X facility. X facility doesn't do labs for people who aren't...
