@matround15@NSSF_ke Correct, but first you need to validate the UPN on ecitizen. You get UPN once payment order is done on NASF e-service, input in the NSSF section of ecitizen & get a payment reference which you then use as your a/c when paying to 222222. That’s what doesn’t work. Worked last month
@NSSF_ke We are far from your branch and impossible to visit. We’ve been trying your phones in vain too. There must be some remedy you can offer to your clients. At least waive the penalties for late payment as delays are not through our not trying
@NSSF_ke We are not able to validate the UPN on eCitizen. It gives an error as attached when we input the UPN from the payment order that has been generated on your e service platform.
We need to validate and have a payment reference to pay via 222222 MPESA PAYBILL.
What do we do?
