NEW: FedEx driver who is accused of abducting and strangling a seven-year-old girl, puts his face in his hand as a photo is displayed of him driving her to her death.

7-year-old Athena Strand was seen standing behind Tanner Horner in his FedEx truck.

Athena was allegedly snatched by Horner when he was delivering a Barbie doll to her home in Paradise, Texas.

Horner initially claimed that he accidentally hit the girl with the truck before "panicking" and pulling her into the vehicle.

He said he then strangled her in the vehicle and dumped the body 7 miles from the home.

The photo, however, shows that Athena was alert in the truck and did not appear to have been struck by the truck.

Wise County District Attorney James Stainton says the jury will see footage on the day of the killing, depicting the moment Athena was strangled to death.

"Somebody covered up the camera because they don't want you to see. Guess what? Audio is still running, and you're going to hear it. You're going to hear what a 250-pound man can do to a 67-pound child," he said.

"And when I say it's horrible, I mean it. I've been doing this for 25 years, and I promise you, buckle up."

Horner qualifies for the death penalty.

How do men grow up with single moms & don’t have respect for women

[Kitty Parker 👩🏾‍🍳💕 @heyjoydoe]

a whole lot of shit they won’t admit. travel or experiences in general, the way they eat, the way their homes look and function along with things like actually having feelings, being considerate, etc.

W.A.G.S TO RICHES EPISODE 1-3

- Sharelle is an older loser who uses her influence to be mean to girls , get minions to be mean with her, and make girls feel less than if she don’t like you . So judgemental , really can’t stand her 🍅
- Stoni literally had Revenge porn done against her by 50 cent because he was beefing with Rick Ross and that’s her baby daddy and she being attacked and not liked for it . That’s so crazy . I felt so bad . When Sharelle called her a hoodrat , I couldn’t believe it . Stoni should’ve threw a stone at Sharelle .
- How can Sharelle hang around MJAE who is busting windows & going to jail for assault , but can’t hang around Stoni ? Hypocrite 😒
- I like MJAE . She crazy as hell tho & got a lot of growing up to do. I thought she was going to be a minion , but she speaks her mind and hangs out with who she wants to , I respect her . Kodak “waiting for to be of age” was a red flag for me tho . It’s giving “groom” , and I’m not talking bride & groom 😕
- ALEXIS is my favorite ! She’s so sweet & unproblematic . Trying to make sure everybody gets along
- Ashley & Porsha are Sharelle’s minions 🤢 all 3 of them are “Destiny’s Adopted Child”
- they trying to make Sade & Keeta beef more than what it is , their husbands get along , so them playing the same position is irrelevant to even bring up .
- I’m on Sade side , cause if Hard Knocks wanted to film , then they should’ve paid for the suite. What if they didn’t wanna be on camera that day ? 😂 and it was more people NOT filming & said no , than the people who were filming .
- Sade stood her ground against them & I love that . “Why you yelling , ain’t you the oldest one here” lmaooo
- Yes Julz is definitely a Culture Vulture but she wasn’t the aggressor in that argument/fight . That girl put her hand in her face first and was bringing the bad vibes . Stoni was being lowkey fake cause Julz had your back against Sharelle , but when Julz came over , you let her sit by the girl that didn’t like her & was being weird 😕
- Now all of a sudden , everybody trying to act like they wasn’t hanging with Julz & it’s such a “problem” BOO 🍅🍅
