@Eurocarparks_CS hello, would you help me get a refund? Paid 3 times for car park in frome today, ticket not issued because the payment machines couldn’t print parking ticket as it was out of paper. No message to say it was out of paper. But machine took the payment.

@Eurocarparks_CS I paid for parking from another machine. I don’t need that one refunding. Just the 3 times the machine took payment without printing a ticket please.
@Fishing4urlikes@ICT_MrP No, loads of customers, who haven’t drank enough coffee, are asked back after school (and during holidays) for special catch up drinking sessions. We call these intervention.
@Eurocarparks_CS Yes, clearly. There was no paper in the machine. Nor any message saying there was no paper. Machine took money anyway. We weren’t aware it was taking payment until we looked at bank statement. We spoke employee of yours too who came to replenish paper. Couldn’t help us!
