Tried: -uninstall / reinstall
-delete cache reopen the game
-relog battlenet

@Celestalon I think I found a bug, in quest warlock if I don't have enough health to play a health card from stealer of souls, I simply can't play it. When you are already questline completed and Tamsin played already
