Frisk's gender is completely left ambiguous, and i was wrong, Toby actually opted to skip confirming or denying in general when it comes to frisk's gender, however its stated in the legends of localization book that frisk's gender is ambiguous

Kris is confirmed non-binary with more than like... 40+ different instances of Kris being referred referred as "them" as they aren't the player, the player is the soul, which has your gender, not Kris
