@scottcoleman55 Especially with the line up card Walt has had to turn in every night. Not to disparage the guys in the line up by any means. Just when you have to use 4-5 of your "depth" pieces all at once , regardless of how well they've been playing, it's a tough hill to climb

@Buccaneers Isn't this the same Krew that went 2-7 after a 6-2 start to finish in 3rd place and lost their HOF WR1 in the offseason? When with him struggled to be effective on offense on a regular basis week in and week out?

@SixthManShow I'm not saying it isn't a "good" hire. He's obviously an unknown in so many ways. My ? is why in a win now window w/ this roster is this the hire? This window is 3yrs tops with the cap. Punting on the next 1-2 yrs while he cuts he teeth as a HC is a choice🤷🏼‍♂️. 🙏🏼 He's the guy!

@BrandonKravitz Hate this for him as a person. He got this franchise out of the gutter & respectable again. He seems like an amazing dude, a great leader. Just doesn't appear to be the coach to lead the team to a title&he also can't run an offense. For those reasons,as a fan, I'm glad he is gone

@Bxnchero Over..if it hasn't happened already. This front office is will evaluate how well he'd have done if they were healthy for the 3rd yr in row. News flash they won't be healthy. So he isn't the guy to figure it out. 3 really solid dudes have been healthy that should be enough

@OMagicHQ Honestly, how can he not be? His mgmt of G6 alone should have everyone pointing fingers at him. No adjustments, no creativity on offense, a screen maybe then everyone stands around watching 1 dude dribble until 4 left on the clock. Traded 4 picks 4 a dude he never designs plays 4

@jamesabaileyjr @KnightedNate You can be tired of it, we all are. Issue is, it's true! Your 2nd paragraph is exactly what everyone is saying. Play calling matters. You have to set that up. You can't drive into dbl&trpl teams, you gotta design something, screen, switch anything. Instead nothing but bad shots
