These rules encourage dog bites, maulings and killings in the name of compassion and co-existence.

महाराष्ट्र के बीड जिले का परली शहर... आम दिनों की तरह लोग अपने काम से घर से बाहर निकले थे. लेकिन एक आवारा कुत्ते ने ऐसा हमला किया कि देखते ही देखते कई लोग अस्पताल पहुंच गए. एक ही दिन में करीब 47 लोगों को कुत्ते ने काट लिया. इनमें बच्चे और बुजुर्ग भी शामिल हैं. कुत्ते के हमले के बाद इलाके में दहशत का माहौल है. लोग अब रास्ते पर निकलने से भी डर रहे हैं.
