I rarely do this, but here are some of the notes from my personal Revenge Folder file on Scoble:
"While he whines about how I should be fired for decisions that weren't even mine like Touch, he ignores the future of standalone."
"He didn't just make a post or few, he went on a media crusade - long series of podcasts, interviews, Facebook, Twitter posts and comments, etc. He maliciously lied about me for weeks and never bothered to make a single correction or retraction beyond calling it "water under the bridge". Fuck you, Scoble. His lies were just the conlusion of a months-long attempt to blacklist and berate every public Trump-supporter in Silicon Valley. "
"Robert Scoble has never apologized to me, ever. All he did was shift from telling outright lies about me, my politics, and my work to saying we "Don't see eye to eye" and blaming me for cutting him off while pretending that he is the bigger man who doesn't take it personally. Scoble said I should be fired for my politics specifically with no mention of work performance. When other journalists ask him about it, he acts like it was only about my work performance, and nobody ever pushes back or points out that he actually said I should be fired because I support Trump. He then spends years spreading absolute lies about my work to try and retroactively justify his bullshit instead of admitting he is an unconnected hack with no better insight than any other speculative blogger."
"We're probably going to interview him for our new show on VR" (the above is hilarious. What incredible hubris, to imagine that I would want to be on his shitty podcast right after he advocated for firing me Directly to Zuck!)"
