Am not really expecting an answer but... I guess I just have to get it off my chest.

The "why" of Parallel mobile getting launched in the sorry state it was, has been in my headspace since I first downloaded and tried it.

Then the big marketing push and spend to get the word out and get it downloaded by the masses.... again... why? Is there no one inside the team courageous enough to push back on aggressive timelines when the product isn't ready?

I've gotten more negative feedback, than how-to-play questions, from new users of the game MAINLY BECAUSE of the mobile client's issues, missing features, and unpolished state. Once a user has a negative first impression and consequently uninstalls the game from their phone, good luck to all of us getting them to redownload it. Even when all the improvements have been made.

I've been actively working on retention to support Parallel in the Philippines since early 2024. The seemingly slow progress on so many of the game's longstanding issues, the halfbaked mobile client, and illogical marketing moves is disheartening.

The momentum from the eSports push was awesome. That momentum seems to have sputtered out because of $Prime's value going down and thus exposing just how basic the product is without Play&Earn masking its engagement/retention gaps. Gaps I've been harping about for a long long time.

Yup, game devving is hard. I've got tons of patience and am extremely understanding. Parallel has had to go through quite a number of difficult circumstances in regards to its development chops. I just don't get the rationale for pushing something halfbaked out. It's like shooting yourself in the foot.

TILT and I are still fighting the good fight. Staying active in the community, teaching new people, explaining away the game's flaws, giving reassurances that the good stuff is on the way. Use us or something.

Already blasting waaaayyy past our own expectations back in October of 2023, @TILT_penzoken and @DualNoteTCG have gotten through the Knockout rounds to qualify for @ParallelTCG ‘s PRIME CHAMPIONSHIPS!!🔥🔥🔥

For those who aren’t in the know, it’s been an almost 4 year journey supporting Penzo and the others in TILT, starting with attempts at competing in Gods Unchained. Our being free to play made it difficult to compete in that game’s nft card system so I pulled them to switch to Parallel in late 2023. Parallel’s Apparition system allowed TILT’s players to go toe to toe with legendary TCG players from HS and MTG. ❤️

Fast forward to today… Penzoken and DualNote, two guys who’ve never traveled out of the Philippines, never thought of competing in a tournament with an eye-watering $250,000 prize pool…

…are going to Las Vegas to compete in the Parallel Prime Championships, representing One Turn TILT and the Philippines!! (Now just crossing all our fingers and toes for US visa approval!)

They are shining examples for all of us in @OneTurnTILT , and for all the competitive free-to-play Parallel players!
