@LayerZeroV @CDemanincor All markets are manipulated by large institutional algorithms. What Cyprus is saying, is that the markets are being manipulated to not allow further adoption. Meaning there’s no rules and guidance for crypto thus not allowing banks to hold crypto assets for their clients.
