@RiceLord911@MyronLPope5@cmmac18@nateburleson Less than 10% of approximately 450 players who played for Saban became millionaires. A lot of players Saban sent to the NFL didn't last five years in the league.
@BallJuggler@TheLateSh0w A lot of those players were paid under the table. I believe the NCAA knew about this but chose to turn a blind eye. Now Ohio State, Alabama, and Georgia can not pay enough to get the elite athletes like Texas, Texas Tech, Indiana, and Miami.
@TheFoodGator@TheLateSh0w I said Saban teams were stacked five deep at every position with NFL type players. With the emergence of NIL and the transfer portal, Saban was not able to keep those elite players like he once did. This is one of the reason Saban left coaching.
@VolGov53 Nothing in college is free. If you ever played college football, you would know that you earned that tuition, housing, foood, etc through your play on the field.
@wthomassports For the 2024-2025 season, the Big 10 and SEC each ditributed $1B to its member institutions. The ACC distributed $737M and the Big 12 distributed $560M to its member institutions. That $40M roster is sustainable for the foreseeable future.
@KrusaderSpennyT@JaredStillman Nothing is free in college. Football and basketball athletes generate more than enough money to cover their education, housing, and food.
@IAMFridayJones Black People will only get reparations when we stand together as one and stop acting like crabs in boiling water. We have too many selfish people that only look out for themselves and are easily manipulated.
