@GoodmanHoops What an idiot. Players get an education, training, coaching, medical care, meals, room & board plus social media support and network TV deals. Athletic departments provide facilities and support at no cost. None of this seems to count as compensation.
@mlycan12 Same number of games spread out so fewer injuries and less mid-week travel for student-athletes. This only applies to the men's side for now. I think it is the right move for fans in the Midwest when weather is a serious factor. A great move in my opinion.
@BarstoolBig12 You have to be kidding! Both schools are expected to lose $25m this year. Add the cost of facilities, coaching, equipment, etc. no way in today's environment are schools adding money losers to their sinking ships.
