If you’re holding $XRP, $XLM, or $HBAR, you need to see this before you panic sell.

This delay is frustrating, but the bigger message coming from Washington has not changed.

President Trump keeps treating crypto as something the United States cannot afford to lose to China.

His comments today follow the same position he has publicly expressed before: if America does not lead in crypto, another major country will. Japan is moving too.

That is why September matters far beyond another Senate vote.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune says CLARITY is being queued up when lawmakers return.

Politico has reported on the fight over getting this legislation across the line.

👉Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has pushed Congress to establish digital-asset rules.
👉SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce expected Senate movement before the recess.
👉Senator Cynthia Lummis released updated legislation and warned that this period may be one of the last major opportunities to finish the job.
👉President Trump has already said he wants the CLARITY Act and would sign it once Congress sends it to him.

For assets like XRP, XLM and HBAR, this is why I am watching regulation just as closely as price.

These networks are being built around payments, settlement, tokenization and financial infrastructure.

A federal market structure does not guarantee their success or automatically send prices higher.

What it does is give the U.S. digital-asset industry something it has fought years to get:

Rules.
The vote got pushed back.
The race did not.

September just became even more important for $XRP, $XLM, $HBAR and the rest of America’s utility-asset ecosystem.
