One more Boris process shot.

I've got my digital mock up, my practice painting (testing colors, values, loosening up, etc), and then my big WIP of Boris. It's been a great system so far.

And most importantly, The Office. Playing in the background, non-stop, forever.

This is Boris the pig, from the video I shared on Monday. He's recently deceased, and his owner asked if I would paint him.

I only got to meet Boris once, but he was one of the largest, nicest piggies. RIP big guy. Hope you like your painting.

My new Asaro head reference, which I'm using to get aHEAD with my portrait facial structure and values.

It's also fun to set up in a tripod in dark rooms to scare my wife, but that's not entirely why I bought it.
