@SW_Help There is a group of people on the 10.52pm service from Southampton Central to Waterloo who are being extremely loud and obnoxious in coach 2. They’ve been like this for 30 mins - can the guard please do something? They’re beyond drunk and there are young children.

They are literally smashing bottles on the tables and screaming profanities. When a passenger politely asked them to tone it down, they jeered and made gestures. Where is the guard?? It’s only a 5 coach train.
