The message of the comic is "Hey, you might approach this as 'here's a fun-looking game based on those movies/books I liked' but be aware that buying this game has (possibly unintended) consequences."

I am not a huge Harry Potter fan, it missed my childhood completely. I was vaguely aware that JKR had said some stuff...
