@D_P0WW @DanTruman101 The bank "bailout" was due to deregulation in the early 2000's; allowing subprime loans. The banks made billions (for a while) then the shit hit the fan in the late 2000's, leading to the banking crisis. Obama structured the money as loans and they were eventually paid back.
