@BFW The Big Ten used the right protocol they had in place at the time and it was also the right call as confirmed by multiple views of the stadium clock and the Hawkeye system. It was after the game that the NCAA issued a NEW guidance that now follows the NFL’s. Please report fact.

After 30 mins, airport staff took us to another access to A gates and waited in a slow moving line for 45 mins. Missed connection by 5 mins.
