Recently my cousins @MHarrelson72 and @Barnaba84243569 conducted their dad’s memorial service. Mark told the story of the wash house at Grannie and Pawpaw Harrelsons and the wood stove used to heat it. My mom passed it to me a few years back. What memories!

Sleep escapes me tonight. It is probably due to the nap after yard work midday and the powerful storms this afternoon bringing 2-3/4 inches of rain. After the rain I was reminded of the promise. It could also be the memories of my Uncle flooding my mind.

We often call men or women like him prayer warriors but he was a mountain mover. His daily footsteps were ordered by the lord because he prayed that way even until the end. I know this to be a fact because he was a living example of how we ought to live.

His children, grand children and great grand children will be impacted for generations to come. His voice of prayer will never be silent because it will be echoed by them just as he echoed the voice of prayer of those before him.

His prayers moved heaven and earth. They were not rituals or traditions of men. He was taught and lived that the answers to life’s problems were not found in search engines or man made means, but by prayer, the word of God and its truths.

The past week has been one of sadness, but yet joyful for the life celebrated and the inheritance passed on with his dedication to God and family! There is a void already but it is not final. We shall meet again in that city where the lamb is the light!

When you know its coming but you don’t want to be reminded, you and your wife get letters on the same day. 😂

I am just blown away by what I have witnessed over the past 6 weeks. 78 baptized at Tampa Life & today 11 more baptized and 38 filled with the spirit. A young minister said I have prayed all year that God would use me. He prayed 3 thru to the Spirit today.

As I edge toward the age that my father suddenly passed away, I am both astonished at how fast I got here and determined to not let fear grip me. I choose to be grateful for each day. He lived 100 years of life in his 63-1/2 short years.

My oldest daughter Lorann was 4 when Lacey was born. She became a nurse because of her. She has worked on the hospital surgical floor for 9 years. She shines the Love of Jesus to her patients. Some have even asked her to pray for them. God has a plan all!

God has been more faithful to my family than we deserve! He has provided our every need! He has healed and put us in the right path of doctors on my daughter Lacey’s journey. She was not suppose to live at birth. She will 27 in July.
