@travelingmitch Époisses de Bourgogne, without a doubt. Fell in love with it in Burgundy a few years ago. It is runny, stinky and perfect in every way. Tough to get in the US, but am hopeful the world will open soon!

@travelingmitch Chicago! World class city with stellar food (street to fine dining), sports, arts, great transit and a friendly vibe. Many foreign tourists skip it for NYC, LA, DC or god forbid, Orlando.
