As a working class kid maybe I was just biased but I’m all grown up now and so truly understand why this is one of the most honest, heartbreaking, human & wonderful films ever made.

When you became a Councillor just by convincing the gullible that everything is the fault of immigrants. Then you find out that you need to actually do something other than put up flags, sing the national anthem and say the Lord’s Prayer.
Notice it's never - should we tax land value annually as they do everywhere else in the western capitalist world . Should we clamp down on trusts to stop tax dodging . Or 'Lord Bamford owes the tax man £500 Million should we make the money grubbing worm pay what he owes. Hardly any one gets £60,000 in benefits :-) unless they're severely disabled and need around the clock care
If we go back to this Peter Kellner chart, how should the parties be feeling about these local elections?

A 75-year-old disabled pensioner was manhandled by Nigel Farage’s security after trying to take a photo of Farage’s car parked in a disabled bay.
This isn't the first time Farage has used a disabled parking space either.
To me this shows the real character of the man. Can anyone explain how this behaviour is excusable?

Have got to admit I was hoping he was going to quote "Blessed are cheesemakers" from the Life of Brian but I guess he thought it the Life of Brain and way outside he remit.
@paulpowlesland I think it is a defence both in its historic and modern form which can be missed, and also the ability to "inherit" adverse possession as a result of benefitting from prior tresspass, limitation defences to enforcement and the complexities created under the 2002 Act.
