@BlazingHaw52565@LeoKearse If the cunt wasn't let into the country he wouldn't be able to attempt to behead anyone & an innocent man wouldn't be fighting for his life in hospital.
@mayorrr12@theflyingscots1@triffic_stuff_ The point you're missing is that if he is an illegal immigrant no one knows about his mental health problems as he's not in the system.
@dusunenadam035@freigeistwien@oldstocky I don't care about F1, stopped watching it years ago. Its more like a video game than real racing. Take away all the gimmicks & driver aids so its purely a test of driving skill. Then we will see who the best driver really is.
@freigeistwien@dusunenadam035@oldstocky Hamilton throws his toys out of the pram if his team don't tell him what to do throughout a race. Real drivers like James Hunt just got in the car & drove it as fast as they could.
@SteveDay Agree on those 3 points but as the Senior is classed as the Blue Riband race of the TT, why schedule it last on Friday ? Should have run it first followed by SS & SPB, that would have given more opportunity to re run it if necessary.
@Christophe74732@nonregemesse It is not standard procedure to automatically handcuff every suspect, they have to have good reason to do so & there was absolutely no need to handcuff someone laying on the floor struggling to breathe.

An officer must have a valid objective reason to believe handcuffing is necessary. The accepted criteria include:
1 - Preventing Escape: A reasonable belief that the detainee will attempt to run away.
Henry Nowak was unable to stand, let alone run away.
2 - Preventing Harm: To protect the officer, the public, or the detainee themselves from imminent violence or self-injury.
Henry Nowak was bleeding out, unable to attack anyone. The actual perpetrator was still free and uncuffed at this time.
3 - Preventing Evidence Destruction: When a suspect is highly likely to conceal, drop, or destroy evidence.
While no one was watching Digwa, he handed the murder weapon to his mother who then hid it in their home. Digwa also took videos of Henry desperately trying to escape before police arrived. These videos (to my knowledge) have not been released.
4 - Controlling Non-compliance: When the individual is actively resisting or failing to cooperate.
Once again, Henry could hardly get the words "I can't breathe" out, there was no risk of lack of compliance.
Why was Henry Nowak handcuffed?
@Christophe74732@nonregemesse You're either blind or deliberately lying. They do not check him at all until after they have cuffed him. Dragging him out & forcing his hands behind his back will have opened the wound up & increased the flow of blood into his lungs, potentially speeding up his death.
@Christophe74732@nonregemesse No they didn't. The copper dragged him out with him saying he couldn't breath & had been stabbed and then cuffed him while saying 'I don't think you have mate'. It was only after that that the female officer said we need to check him over.
@Christophe74732@nonregemesse How could the officer be so certain without checking him over ? Not all stab wounds ooze copious amounts of blood externally, particularly when caused by straight narrow bladed weapons. The basic first aid principles of ABCDE would have established that he was in a bad way.
@FionaBurto44030@BasilTheGreat It is not protocol to handcuff all alleged perpetrators, certain conditions have to be met to warrant the use of cuffs. Digwa was not cuffed when arrested for murder so why was Henry ?
