At #PMQs today the Prime Minister misled the House of Commons saying that Fixed Penalty Notices are "convictions".

As a former Director of Public Prosecutions he must know that this simply isn't true.

He is deliberately conflating FPNs and convictions to distract from the fact he won't answer important questions about why the Transport Secretary resigned last week.
