I recommend people wait until NFCU fixes this major issue before joining @NavyFederal.

@NavyFederal Yes - if you go to any checking or savings account transaction history, use ‘filter’ select the month of July 1-31, 2023(for example) - “No transactions found.” I need 6 month transactions for my taxes which online not allowing me to download CSV for accountant.

@NavyFederal NFCU reps recommend using pdf statements and manually cut and paste each transaction into an excel spreadsheet for tax prep purposes. For me, that’s 63 pages of transactions I will need to individually cut and paste. Taxes due Monday.

@NavyFederal You didn’t try hard enough. Your reps were able to recreate the error. For customer and future customer awareness- NFCU updated online banking system in Sept ‘23 and now users are not able to download any data prior to Sept 23 for their tax purposes.
