@British_Airways Sarah nothing changes the fact that British Airways customer service throughout this process has been terrible! The call centre were nothing but rude and useless. Bags arrived .. but one damaged so badly it cannot be used again!! So the saga continues with British Airways!!

@British_Airways the British Airways Indian call centre has to be the rudest call centre! Refusal to deal with my lost bags which they lost and refusal to get a supervisor.. Repeated responses read rudely from a card .. what has BA come to .. will not fly with them again!

@British_Airways very disappointed in the service on my BA122 flight from Doha to London .. the cabin service in Club world was poor.. despite’s asking twice for water and pushing buttons none was delivered ... I was forgotten at lunch tome and finally asked for meal to be served

So many positive local narratives about basketball from MPs in the Parliamentary debate - as good a tale though it makes for the sport, it only underlines the failure to build a coherent overall narrative, mainly due to too many voices fighting their own corner.
