@RowlettTexas Your great Paymentus failed to process my November payment, & I received a delinquency notice with late fees. I immediately went to the office & paid & complained about the failure. I was made to feel like it was my fault. It took 2 months before the late fees were removed.

Amendment should include work visas for qualified foreign pilots & a requirement that airlines auto refund canceled flights vs giving flight credits that expire in a yr. It is ridiculous flight credits can't be used for extra legroom seats.
