What is it like being the Director of Multimedia for @NavyAthletics?
Here's a small glimpse into what that's looked like since I took over in July.
It's a privilege to be trusted as the face of such a prestigious place, & I'm excited to see what 2026 has in store📺

Thanks for sharing, Sean.
Cancer sucks.
Praying for the Grises & the entire @IndianRiverDE community during this difficult time. Will be riding the @PanMass in his memory this summer💚💛

Indian River alum Austin Grise has died. Our colleagues at @DelmarvaSports did a profile on him during the start of his cancer battle. @TimNolanTV#netde#delhs

Officially closed the book on my time at @DelmarvaSports this past weekend.
Grateful to see my friend Jack take home our 2nd-straight @AP Outstanding Sports Feature of the Year honor.
Thank you to Bobbie & her family for letting us tell her story!

There’s a quote that’s often preached by @NavyFB_Strength that goes, “The reward for hard work is the opportunity for more work.”
Here’s to much more work ahead with great people.
What a first year with the Midshipmen.

"Playing with your family, having fun is what makes lacrosse the medicine game...And having fun is what makes you good."
@Tewaaraton finalist Alyssa Chung on why @NavyWLax was the place to make her one of the best players in the country as a sophomore.

"If I can do it, anyone can do it. It's just a matter of how much time you want to put into something."
Hear from our very first @Tewaaraton finalist, Alyssa Chung, on what it meant to have her team behind her on this special night & how young players can be like her.

The @PatriotLeague Presidents' Cup is back where it belongs.
For the 11th time in 12 years, your Midshipmen have finished atop the conference in comprehensive excellence.

Who has more altitude? Brian Schloeder or the plane that will be flying him to Nationals?
With a new Navy record, Schloeder punched his ticket to become the first Navy vaulter in more than 50 years to qualify for the NCAA Championships!

Congrats to @CBSSports on their #SportsEmmys Award for Outstanding Sports Camera Work: Short Form for this year's @ArmyNavyGame open 👏👏👏
The Harder Choice | The 126th Army-Navy Game
First Knick game: March 12, 2017.
Ron Baker, Chasson Randle, Courtney Lee & the 26-41 #Knicks lost to 12-53 Brooklyn.
Loved every second. Thought for a long time this day might not come.
Four. More. Wins.
Today we remember Brendan Looney. An American hero who embodied everything we hope to be on and off the field. A leader at the Naval Academy, a captain on the lacrosse team, who ultimately gave his life in service to our country as a Navy SEAL in 2010.
The NCAA Final Four has decided its D1 champion on Memorial Day for the last 40 years. Including 2004, when Navy competed for the national title with all 3 Looney brothers on the field. Brendan wore number 40.
Today we honor the men and women who gave everything. Their sacrifice is the reason we get to play, compete, and live with purpose. Brendan would remind us, “Be strong. Be accountable. Never complain.”
