@TicketmasterIre No refund for tickets for a gig which I bought when it was for over 16's, which changed to over 18's because the venue changed, but you didn't tell me this in the email you sent advising me of the venue change... grossly unfair and awful customer service.

Support ticket opened on 26th April, still no resolution. I just want a refund for tickets to a gig which we couldn't attend due to a change in venue and a subsequent change in age policy, which you did not tell us about. Awful customer service.

@dempster7 The problem is that Kinehan can simply remove himself from any "official" involvement. So the broadcasters will be happy that, as far as they (and their legal team) are concerned, they're dealing with a legitimate company.
