This past year I was moved into the role of Creative Director for Menโs Basketball. We had numerous hands involved in the content that went out on @mizzouhoops and Iโm thankful for all of their help. From Athletics with Will Burris and his photo team to Marquise Jones and Jonathan Holden with Learfield, they all helped up the content this year.
Our 2025-26 MBB pod had a student group of 7 that grew to 9 by the second semester. There is always an ongoing need for content, internal and external.
Adding on a part-time graphic designer in Tyler Edwards was a huge help and Iโm grateful for him and his impact.
Our group helped @mizzouhoops gain over 14,000 followers since July 1 and put us as the 11th most followed team in the SEC on IG, up one spot from a year ago.
The athletic department as a whole received numerous nominations for SVG including three from just MBB-related videos alone. A big shoutout to our group and Walt and Ben respectively.
These are some of the favorite pieces they all helped put out this year from the video and graphic side. Everyone in this picture helped a lot more beyond just these pieces of content. Our games were covered exceptionally well and the MBB staff was always able to go to us for any content need.
Iโm appreciative for them all as a whole and am glad the morale has been at the highest itโs been for a student group of mine. #MIZ

Grateful to announce that Mizzou is nominated for numerous finalists again including three by students in Jacob Wizgird, Walt Straughter, and Ben Manlin.
Jacob produced the 2024-25 athletics year in review recap, Walt made the MBB intro video this season in-venue for the non-conference season, and Ben made his first-ever feature story.
I also am thankful that the Jayden Stone senior spotlight I produced back in the winter is a finalist as well.
However I can be involved with students, I make sure they can make an impact with every piece of work that comes out.
The 2024-25 year in review recap had content from nearly all of the creatives, student and full-time. Jacob got it through the finish line with his storytelling ability.
The MBB non-conference intro video was shot and produced by a student crew entirely. Walt had an idea in the off-season and we made it happen. The fans went crazy for it.
Ben took on the senior spotlight for Jevon Porter all by himself. Reaching out to various sources to get archived footage of Jevon for the video.
The Jayden Stone senior spotlight featured footage shot by numerous full-time and student creatives which helped shape the final product. The assistance I got from the MBB student interns helped make this video go above and beyond. Big thanks to Jayden's family as well for their assistance in the video interviews and content they provided.
๐จ Finalists for the 2026 CSMAs have been announced!๐จ

I'm super excited to announce that I'll be staying in Columbia to continue capturing and telling stories full-time for Mizzou Athletics as a part of Skyward Productions!
Thank you @sydechelmeier and @Dave_Matter for the opportunity to proudly keep the colors flying skyward๐
This is incredible. Antโs media team made a mini documentary showing his journey back to playing in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals last night.
Havenโt quite seen a playerโs content released in real time ahead of a big game like this.
Antโs YouTube page currently has 225K subscribers. I imagine by June heโll be past 260K and close to 280K especially if his team can put out content every series like this.
