I’ve had this happen several times, it took almost a month to get my money back. I’m sure the label generation triggered a payment to the seller. Amazon just changed their payment strategy to sellers and now the payment to the seller is deferred up to 11 days even when the items are FBA and it’s Amazon’s responsibility to ship them. That might stop some of this but Amazon didn’t do it to protect buyers, they did it to screw over sellers even more.

@mmbrowning17 Same thing here, the last 6 months have been terrible. Constantly dropping calls and going into SOS. A technician connected to my phone and saw it for himself and said he would investigate and get back to me. Of course there was no response.

Same thing happened to me at the Orlando airport with Hertz. Arrived at the airport at 10pm and found a line of 30 people waiting for cars. Waited for 2 hours until a car and it was no where close to what I had already paid for. At that point you’re just happy to get a car and get out of there. The was no apology, no refund, no discount, just crappy customer service. @Hertz
