@cobaltchapel Finally got onto Bandcamp yesterday evening after searching for the slightest signal whilst driving through Elan Valley round 6pm - bad planning! Thankfully then logged in, searched it, bought it, sorted. 👍 Now to see what number I ended up with.... 😊

@tixelofficial Wrong country (Guernsey) applied automatically by the system when I sign up & can't change so have to delete my account - as advised by Tixel! System still assigns Guernsey when sign up again! "Known bug" say Tixcel - WELL FIX IT! Can't get paid if wrong country!!

@TicketmasterUK Presale a useless experience today. Ticketmaster continually showing tickets as available even on refresh of the map then not available when actually try to buy them. This has continued for 45 minutes. Either offer a 'best available' automatic allocation or mark as sold out! 🤬

Useless booking system @RoundhouseLDN for Mark Lanegan at 60. Was trying right from 2pm start, only #40 in queue, but kept selecting my ticket, to then get "There was a problem connecting to Box Office" message and ticket lost. Same standing or seated. Won't renew my membership

Update: booking system was still not up to task but at least Roundhouse support followed up promptly today to sort things for me as best they could. So membership renewal is back on! 👍

@scousey @RideTheNetwork @RoundhouseLDN Sorry, I'd requested and got - as an exception to the Ts & Cs, given the circumstances - a refund directly with Roundhouse for the unwanted standing ticket I had. I see they have a waiting list for extra tickets if you haven't already added your name to that

I did then find I could get one of those last few seated tickets, but now of course I've paid for a standing ticket I don't need - was hard to think straight under pressure!
