New results in the 2026 Los Angeles Mayor race haven’t dropped for over a full day now — even slower than the gubernatorial count.

Karen Bass still leads with 34.97% (183k votes), Pratt is close behind at 29.91% (157k votes), and Raman is at 22.81%. Only 525k total votes counted so far.

It’s been two days since the June 2 election and California is once again dragging its feet. The heavy reliance on mail-in voting creates massive delays, late-arriving ballots, and endless bureaucracy that reduce transparency and public trust. This happens every cycle.
