@RCoventry99 I can tell you one thing I learned was along the Mississippi River there is nothing but trees 😅 I don't necessarily "chase" to be honest.. I always try to spot and follow storms, chasing things that appear to be rain wrapped is potentially dangerous!

What a day it's been! I have learned a lot. In Keithsburg Illinois we were within 1.5 miles from a tornado and running right along side of it for a few minutes! We also came across an amazing hook signature on Radar! I am so ready to be back out for the next one! #ILwx

Scattered severe storms will impact a portion of central states

Current Threats associated with this storm are:

an Isolated Tornado is possible
Damaging Winds
Hail
Lightening

These storms will impact Illinois between 3PM and Midnight...
