I’ve had over around 35-40 kids sign D1 & D2 over the last 5 years. The majority would say their year or two of JUCO was by far the best and they had the most fun! Don’t sleep on the RIGHT JUCO!

Sorry to break it down to some of you parents and players but your role on the team may be to just be a good teammate, go hard in practice to get your team and teammates better and to support your team on the bench during games!

If your coach holds you accountable, you are VERY fortunate. A lot of coaches accept their players doing whatever they want, whenever they want with no consequences. Discipline/responsibility/accountability are life prep! If your coach cares that much, you’re lucky so respect it!

Seniors: Regardless of your role on the team, it is your TEAM! You have a real responsibility to improve it any way you can. Understand that your body language & your words are seen & heard by your teammates. Those things can build & strengthen your TEAM or they can tear it down!
