They could have turned the lights on at #TurkishAirlinesOpen, which is the case with last four holes at @nationalgolftr. Canadian golfer @A_Cockerill was in the final threesome. He gave it the old college try but missed the cut by a shot after leaving 20-and-14 ft birdies short.

Forty years ago today, the late Dan Halldorson played some of the best golf of his career in winning what is now known as the Sanderson Farms Championship with a two-shot win over Paul Azinger. Unfortunately, dapper Dan was overshadowed by some guy named Nicklaus at the Masters.
