@RyanDanz Bought my home in 2013. The value has almost doubled in 12 years. I locked it back then at a 3.25% for 30 years. Today's fixed rates are at 6.85% If I bought my home today, the prinicipal/interest payment alone would be 2.65 times more than what I'm paying currently. 🤯
