@WestMidRailway The carriage generator is broken, according to the conductor. The sooner you get the new trains working the better, it’s only taken 2.5 years!
@WestMidRailway this is my first train journey on WestMidland trains since the start of the pandemic. The 16:59 Hereford train (old train), the air-con is not working 🥵🥵🥵, it’s like an oven! Why haven’t all the trains been upgrade by now?
@WestMidRailway The BNS to Hereford train is dangerously full, and no aircon! This service has been late or cancelled every day this week. You service rubbish!!
@WestMidRailway - your Hereford 15:50 from BNS service Is very dangerous, only 2 carriages in this blistering heat. your service is very dangerous, no aircon or open windows!!!!! Animals are tried better! And their service has been late everyday this week!!
@Tim_AJones Ever so sorry for the busy service, Tim. We do have plans to expand the capacity for that line by introducing new carriages. Our apologies in the meantime.
@WestMidRailway - I have just been informed, the daily car parking charges at Malvern Link are tripling in price from the 1st July. Another way of ripping off the commuter. Not doubled but tripled!
@WestMidRailway - again the BNS to GM 16:20 is well-over full, the isles are full of standing passengers. And due to the different carriages, no tables, the standing passengers encroach on the siting passengers personal space. Animals travel in better conditions, not good enough!!
@WestMidRailway The type of carriages running on this service encourage people into your personal space, due to the amount of people on each of the carriages. It’s not an enjoyable service or experience. It’s like being on the underground!
@WestMidRailway - BNS to Malvern 16:20. The two carriages are totally full, with all seats taken and all standing space taken up. This is worse than transporting animals.
@WestMidRailway We had more carriages and better carriages on this route before the changed timetable in May. The carriages are not suitable for a one hour journey. You’re treading us worse than cattle. New trains next year, if were lucky, isn’t helping us now. We pay expensive fares!
There are people having to stand until Worcester Shrub Hill, it’s not acceptable when we are paying over £1600 for season ticket! Another thing, why not remove Bromsgrove as a stop on this route, this would help, especially as there is a dedicated service to Bromsgrove at 16:15?
@Tim_AJones To be completely honest, we know 2 carriages clearly isn't enough; however, we simply don't have enough stock to cater for the demand at the minute. It is for this reason we've ordered brand-new carriages to help alleviate pressure on trains like yours. Our apologies.
