Alonso competing for pole in #SaudiArabianGP is a sobering reminder that F1 results are not determined by driver skill but by the engine of the car.
Verstappen, Hamilton and the recent champions shouldn't be lauded more than the engineers and bankers of these teams.
If Max Verstappen has a million haters I am one of them, if he has 10 haters I am one of them. If he has zero, I am no longer on this earth. If the world is with Max Verstappen, I am against the world. I hate Max Verstappen.
@tuliozera5 These are my guesses:
1. Russel finishing P3 makes him the closest rival to Leclerc. Lewis finishing P3 would've made Leclerc's lead even bigger.
2. Mercedes didn't want to risk either driver getting a DNF while battling each other
3. Russel getting his first podium is good PR
Tearful apology to everyone except the dude he assaulted & humiliated on stage. Hollywood moral compass as warped as ever. Will Smith will probably change his tune once his PR team make him aware of public opinion.
