@AdamJoseph Curious why you think that price is high?
He’s missed 10 games in last 4 years through injury. Yes it’s last year of contract but 35m is nothing in this day & age. 20m + cheaper than Ugarte.
🚨 Manchester United reach agreement with Atalanta to sign Ederson. Price for 26yo midfielder €40.5m fixed + €4.5m of potential bonuses. Personal terms in place on 4+1yr deal. Must still do medical & all parties plan to complete early July @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/OgkmPEYVg7
@AdamJoseph I like that all 3 of those players mentioned aren’t going to the World Cup so will be less complicated to get early deals done & they will have rested over the summer & be ready to start quickly.
@AdamJoseph@JacobsBen Think the auction part goes out the window if he does an Mbuemo like last season and commits to one team. Time will tell who that is but noise coming out looks positive for United.
@laura_woodsy@90_JoshB Will be more English pundits yes, but should those same pundits just blindly back any English team in a European competition or actually just comment from a neutral standpoint?! Would be much more interesting & would help give a more educated view on the game.
@fevrier_justin Not having it tbh, anyone get set up a team to destruct. Not everyone can set up a team to create. He did what most top managers moan about coming up against. Turned good wingers into full backs & sacrificed attacking threat. Basically set up saying we aren’t good enough 🤷🏽♂️
🇨🇲 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗮?
Manchester United and Brighton chiefs have been in regular contact regarding Carlos Baleba since last summer.
Brighton wanted £100m for the midfielder last summer, and it is anticipated that they would demand a similar fee again.

@fevrier_justin Disagree tbh, as even if the ball was held up which it wasn’t. There was next to no support. Set up that way you’ve got to have a drogba up top & you don’t. So for me it’s extremely negative considering you have players that could have hurt them.
Always been a clown who speaks from the morale high ground until more intelligent people expose that, that’s why he surrounds himself with sheep. Ian Right is only one in that group who calls things out.
🚨GARY NEVILLE EXPOSED!
Have I Got News For You is getting slammed right now, and rightly so. It’s long past its sell-by date.
But a few years back, it delivered one glorious moment: Gary Neville, the self-appointed moraliser-in-chief, got absolutely exposed as the money grabbing hypocrite he is by Ian Hislop.
Neville, hosting the show, smirks and asks: “Ian, is it coming home?”
Hislop, without missing a beat: “What, your reputation?” 😂
Neville then tries his big defence on commentating in Qatar: “You either go over there and challenge these countries on the issues or you don’t and just stay home.”
Ian is having none of it: “There’s another option. You could stay home and highlight the issues. You don’t have to take the Qataris’ money.”
Crickets. Gary just sits there squirming with an uncomfortable smile, knowing he’s been owned.
Champagne socialist through and through. Morals go out the window when the payday arrives. 🤑
