Finally, we asked our young people why it is #TimeToTalk and their responses showed an element of maturity and awareness. Things like this makes us very proud of our Bo'ness pupils 🥲
Pupils were also asked to consider the impact that our physical health can have on our mental health. They had excellent suggestions on how to keep moving, but even more impressive is that they identified the importance of sleep, a clean living space and relaxing!
This #TimeToTalkDay, send this message to someone you’re close to. Talking about our mental health doesn’t have to feel heavy. It can simply be regular conversations about how you’re really feeling. Let’s get talking.
