Selon un rapport interne des services espagnols de cybersécurité, les djihadistes encouragent à profiter des manifestations et des émeutes pour passer à l’acte, en utilisant des EXPLOSIFS, des COUTEAUX ou des VÉHICULES.

Les auteurs de ces messages considèrent que les rassemblements massifs, particulièrement en France, représentent une « opportunité rare et précieuse » pour frapper.

Ils déclarent également que les policiers deviennent des « proies faciles » lors des affrontements avec les manifestants lorsque des émeutes éclatent.

Le document révèle que ces appels s’accompagnent d’instructions détaillées pour commettre des attaques meurtrières.
