SpaceX filed for what could be the largest IPO in history, but ARK believes it is not the only one. Investors should also focus on what comes next.
We have been tracking this pipeline for years. The ARK Venture Fund holds positions in six companies with active IPO timelines. Each of these reached public market scale in private markets.
The median age of a US company at IPO has reached 12 years, up from 5 in 1999. The window where the most value is created is increasingly happening before a company lists.
ARK’s Global Head of Commercial Strategy Renato Leggi published a full guide on the potential IPO wave and how we are positioned. I would encourage anyone evaluating this opportunity to read it.

SpaceX has been cash flow positive since 2014-2015 according to Elon Musk. That is what the Brain Trust at S&P500 is missing regarding adding companies into the index. Tesla was cash flow positive for years before being added to the index after it went up dramatically
Jamie Dimon just asked Elon Musk why he's taking SpaceX public after a decade of saying no.
The answer is very Musky and MIND BLOWING:
"I've been asked for many years about taking SpaceX public. Probably been almost ten years that people have been suggesting I should."
"We've been positive cash flow for quite a long time. I think since around 2014, 2015. And we've been self-funding. In fact, our private equity rounds have actually not been fundraising rounds. They've been liquidity rounds for investors and employees. SpaceX has actually bought back stock in most of our funding events."
So why now?
"We are embarking on a significant growth phase, a capital growth phase, where we are going to put in orbit probably over a hundred thousand satellites just for communications."
"Version 3 is ten to twenty times more capable than the Version 2 satellite. It's a hundred times more bandwidth than the Starlink system currently offers and half the latency."
Then Dimon asked about AI. And this is where it went somewhere nobody in the room expected...
"The peak bandwidth of a human is a few hundred bits per second. But bandwidth of a computer can be a trillion bits per second. The appetite for bandwidth of AI and robots is gonna be enormous."
"We're also doing the AI data centres in space. Which is another massive capital endeavour."
Then it started to sound like something straight out of a sci-fi film:
"It's increasingly difficult to build power plants on the ground. There are very few people who want a power plant in their backyard. If we wanted to double the electricity usage of the United States, which is on average about 500 gigawatts, we would have to build about twice as many power plants. Most communities are not super excited about that."
"But if we go to space, we can go far beyond the electricity generation of Earth."
"This is gonna sound crazy, but you could actually increase harnessed energy by a factor of a million and still be using much less than a millionth of the Sun's energy."
Sorry, but this is HUGE.
The SpaceX IPO hits next week and is expected to make Elon Musk the world's first trillionaire.
He is SpaceX. He is Tesla. He is Neuralink, xAI, The Boring Company, and the owner of X.
That doesn't happen by accident.
It happens because he is one of the most powerful personal brands the world has ever seen.
Every company he touches gets amplified by the fact that the world already knows his name, his face, and his vision before he says a single word.
That is the compounding effect of a personal brand built over two decades.
SO:
We build massive distribution and grow personal brands on X and beyond without our clients lifting a finger.
If you're a founder or VC looking for that kind of exposure, book a call below.
We average 1.5M views a week and have brought in over $5 million in attributable revenue for our clients.

Japan said what the Dems refuse to admit:
This guy nails it.
"We’re proud of our culture. When in Rome, do as the Romans do."
No halal pork tonkatsu. No rewriting our ways to accommodate demands. No colonizing by turning the host country into the one you left.
Assimilation isn’t Islamophobia. It’s basic respect.
The Dems keep importing chaos and calling it “diversity” while real nations protect their identity.
Wake up, America. Assimilate or gtfo. Am I right? Or just get out.
(Yes, this is a satire skit but an accurate one.)
A quantum neural net just learned to predict which ICU patients survive.
$IONQ ran the training on real hardware — Forte Enterprise, 16 qubits. Not a simulator.
The data: actual hospital records (MIMIC-III).
The result: it matched or beat classical AI on survival prediction — with lower variance.
Why it matters: this is hardware utility today, not a 2030 roadmap slide. Healthcare is a real quantum revenue lane, and the chip in the loop was IonQ's.
The qubits aren't waiting for fault tolerance. They're already reading charts.

Disappointed to see Democrats once again fail the American people.
The SAVE America Act was a commonsense measure to strengthen confidence in our elections.
Hint: what matters is how you vote, not what your “label” is. There is zero chance that they get re-elected after destroying America. And who let America get destroyed with allowing non-citizens to vote?
🚨 so let me get this straight..
a bill requiring proof of citizenship to vote has 80% public support..
it passed the House..
it was structured to bypass the 60-vote filibuster by attaching to reconciliation..
and it still died 48-50..
because four Republicans voted with every single Democrat..
Thom Tillis.. Lisa Murkowski.. Mitch McConnell.. Susan Collins..
and here's what nobody wants to say out loud..
this is the third time..
same four names.. same 48-50 margin.. same result.. different date..
you don't get identical defectors across three separate votes by accident..
you get it when the outcome is the plan..
a bill with 80% public support cannot pass a Republican-controlled Senate because the same four Republicans kill it on schedule.. every time.. while telling their voters they support election security..
the uniparty isn't a conspiracy theory anymore..
it's a voting record.
I'll keep you updated. Turn on notifications. 🚨
California Democrats are preparing to ban essentially ALL after market tires
This is a real proposal from the California Energy Commission called the Replacement Tire Efficiency Program
“I mean pretty much every aftermarket tire sold in the state is going to be regulated, and no one is talking about it — Tires use energy, some more than others, and California wants to lower the energy use of tires on their vehicles so less CO2 goes into the atmosphere”
It’s for climate change….
I looked into what their plan is
It would require all replacement and aftermarket tires sold in California to meet strict low rolling resistance standards similar to those on new cars (OEM tires)
Tires that don’t meet the targets phased in starting 2028, with stricter rules in 2031 could not be legally sold in the state
OEM tires on new cars are optimized for low rolling resistance (better fuel economy/lower emissions), but this often means shallower tread depth, shorter lifespan, and sometimes reduced grip
Many popular aftermarket tires (especially performance, all-season, or longer-lasting ones) have higher rolling resistance for better handling, durability, or traction. So they will be banned
Here’s what it really means for every day people
Lower rolling resistance leads to more frequent tire replacements, increasing production emissions and costs
It does the exact opposite of what Democrats are saying. It’s a proposal that’s being prepared to be passed
June has rolled around.
This map shows statewide “all-time” high temperature records for June.
Interestingly, 32 states set their June record highs before 1960.
I can't spot much of a crisis here, folks.
@alojoh Remember the S&P brain trust waited until $TSLA was a mega-mega cap before they added it to the S&P500 Index. It was a major setback to the performance of the index
The 1920-21 depression was the sharpest economic contraction in American history, yet you've probably never heard of it. Industrial production collapsed 32%. Unemployment spiked from 4% to 12% in twelve months. By every measure, this downturn dwarfed the initial shock of 1929.
President Warren Harding faced enormous pressure to "do something." Labor leaders demanded public works programs. Businessmen begged for bailouts and trade protection. Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon advised Harding to slash government spending and let wages fall. Commerce Secretary Herbert Hoover (yes, that Hoover) pushed for massive federal intervention.
Harding chose Mellon. The federal budget dropped from $6.4 billion to $3.2 billion in two years. No stimulus packages. No bailouts. No alphabet soup of new agencies. Government employment fell 40%. When you let markets clear, they clear fast.
The recovery started in July 1921. By 1923, unemployment had dropped to 2.4% and industrial production reached new highs. The entire episode lasted eighteen months from peak to full recovery. Compare that to Japan's lost decade of intervention, or the European debt crisis that dragged on for years, or our own jobless recovery after 2008.
Most economics textbooks omit this episode because liquidating malinvestments and allowing price adjustments works exactly as free market theory predicts: a fact that destroys the Keynesian narrative that government must spend its way out of recessions. Politicians today claim they learned the lessons of the 1930s, but they studiously ignore the more important lesson of 1921.
Starlink V3 satellites have >10X bandwidth of V2 and there’ll be >10X launched, which means >100X more bandwidth.
Also, altitude will be 350km vs 550km, so min latency can be cut in half.
Light travels 300km/ms in space, so physics round trip min latency drops to <5ms.
Fidelity has announced that it is making the SpaceX IPO available to any customer with a retail brokerage account with $2,000 or more in the account (down from up to $500k before).
"SpaceX has decided to reserve a much higher percentage of the offering (up to 30%), which means there should be more shares available to retail clients, which is why we have decided to reduce IPO eligibility for this offering."
How do I know the media is brainwashing people?
Obama's ICE Chief received the Presidential Award for Distinguished Service for removing over 900,000 illegal aliens.
Trump's ICE Chief is called a Nazi.
It is the same person.....Tom Homan....
The only difference? The narrative.
I used to believe that Donald Trump was simply an exceptional president.
But then, I watched in real time as the Mainstream Media (mainstream media), the FBI, intelligence agencies, the CIA, Big Tech, and the entire Washington establishment joined forces in an unprecedented campaign to destroy a single man.
The numerous lawsuits, the two impeachments, the endless hoaxes including the Russia one, the Mar-a-Lago raid, the gag orders, the efforts to remove him from the ballot, the attempts to bankrupt him and throw him in prison... all of that was aimed at preventing him from returning to power. Two attempts on his life followed.
With 92% of media coverage being negative toward him while 78% of that for Kamala was positive, he managed to secure a convincing victory in the last election. How do you explain that?
That's when it became undeniable for me: no one faces this level of coordinated and hysterical opposition unless they represent a true existential threat to the system... The system we all know is corrupt and broken. Ordinary politicians don't trigger this kind of coordinated panic.
At that moment, I stopped thinking of him as a great president.
He is the greatest of all time.
